Hmmm...this is looking pretty familiar now, isn't it?

A month after Selena Gomez sparked controversy for sporting a bindi during her performance of "Come & Get It" at the MTV Movie Awards, the singer has once again incited the ire of Hindu groups after she wore another bindi-accessorized getup at the Billboard Music Awards Sunday.

Shortly following the performance, Hindu leaders decried Gomez for what they deemed as an insensItive performance that continued to trivialize Hinduism.

In a statement, the president of Universal Society of Hinduism, Rajan Zed, chastised Gomez's for remaining insensitive to the feelings of Hindus after religious leaders expressed their sentiments following her performance at the MTV Movie Awards on April 14.

Zed also stressed that Hollywood needed to understand that Hinduism concepts and symbols have well-defined meanings and purposes, which should not be used for dramatic effect onstage.

The uproar is the latest development in what turned out to be a pretty eventful night for the songbird: She was spotted kissing on-and-off beau Justin Bieber backstage at the Billboard Awards, a day after the duo snuck in a pre-awards date night at a Cirque du Soleil show in Las Vegas.

Just don't ask Selena what BFF Taylor Swift thinks—her face seems to say it all.
