Boston Marathon Explosions: Olivia Wilde, Alyssa Milano and More Celebs React to Finish Line Blasts

Celebs take to Twitter to express their condolences and send their prayers for those affected

Everyone's hearts and prayers are going out to Boston today.

Police are still assessing the casualties and injuries caused by the two reported explosions near the Boston Marathon finish line. Shortly after 4 p.m., the Boston Police official Twitter account reported two deaths and 23 injuries.

Celebrities, like the rest of us, have taken to Twitter to send their condolences and well wishes to all those affected.
