Jordin Sparks spoke about her ex-boyfriend and fellow R&B and pop singer Jason Derulo and their breakup for more than 15 minutes during a radio interview on Thursday, saying she has not spoken to him since they split and revealing what she did with a BMW he had given to her as a Christmas gift.

The two called it quits more than four months ago after a three-year relationship. The 25-year-old American Idol alum and Left Behind actress was asked about the breakup while appearing on the iHeartRadio hip-hop and R&B radio station Power 105.1 FM's The Breakfast Club, whose DJs had also interviewed Derulo, 25, last year following their split. He had said they no longer talked to each other and that he moved out of the house they had lived in together, which she owns.

"I haven't spoken to him since everything went down," Sparks said on Thursday's show. "He helped me with my bag to the car, he kissed me, he told me he loved me...then didn't call!"

"I'm like, 'We need to talk about this and move past it.' He wasn't responding and I was like, 'OK,' so then, I just stopped and I was like, 'You need to come get your s--t.' So he got all of his stuff out of my house."

Sparks said she "can laugh about it now." And she's moving on and concentrating on her own happiness. On her birthday on Dec. 22, Sparks treated herself to a new car, a Jeep Rubicon, and unloaded a BMW 7 that Derulo had bought her for Christmas in 2013 at a dealership.

"Well, if he wanted it, he could have it. I dropped it off at the BMW dealership and said, 'You can deal with it,'" she said.

She said she planned all along to return the car after their breakup, adding that keeping it "would be like dirty money," and also said that she was surprised to also learn that it had been leased, rather than purchased. Derulo has not commented.

After the split, Sparks appeared on The Wendy Williams Show and talked about moving on. She said about the BMW, "He can have it." Derulo had said on The Breakfast Club show that he "wouldn't take the car back."

Sparks also said on the radio program that she got through the breakup with "not a lot of wine" but that she "listened to Drake, for sure." In December, Sparks released a remix of the rapper's song "How Bout Now," in which she trashes her ex.

Her current dating life, Sparks said, has been "weird." She said that she has only been in two relationships, including with Derulo. She said in off-air comments that she doesn't feel ready to date again yet but that there are "people interested" waiting in the wings, E! News has learned exclusively.

"It's been, I guess, five months now," Sparks said on the show. "I also feel like sometimes guys are intimidated by me just because I know what I like and I don't really have a filter. You know, I work and I really enjoy my work."

She added that she's "not good at dating."

"I get really uncomfortable," she said. "I'm just like, 'No...' It's just weird! It's just weird for me. Like, I was a late bloomer. When I was growing up, I was always the 'guy's girl.'"

"I'm open-minded," she added. "What the relationship did teach me is what I like and what I'm willing to do and what I'm not willing to do."

Sparks also had positive things to say about Derulo.

"He's a great guy," she said. "Like, I don't wish him any harm. Like, he did something stupid s--t, but I'm not like, I can't hold that against him."
