Forget gift registries, because this present cannot be bought!

Jennifer Hudson, 33, gave the ultimate wedding gift Wednesday when she surprised a same-sex couple during their reception at the W Dallas—Victory hotel in Texas, which happened to be one of the city's first same-sex weddings!

As the grooms stood at the altar after reciting their vows, a pre-taped video of the Oscar winner aired, congratulating them on their big day and wishing them well. But it doesn't end there! Just as the video ended, the curtain dropped and out popped the American Idol alum in a gorgeous short Balmain dress ready to sing to the grooms and their guests.

The song she chose? "I Still Love You" off her latest album, JHUD. Could it be any more romantic?! Even though it wasn't technically an example of wedding crashing—this was planned ahead of time!—the guests and grooms were all equally surprised. Hudson's appearance was a result of W's partnership with her and the Human Rights Campaign on an LGBT marriage equality initiative called TURN IT UP FOR CHANGE.

To support the campaign, Hudson "crashed" these lucky gents' wedding. The grooms have been together for 14 years and share four children together.

The hotel chain began planning the surprise right after the Supreme Court ruled in favor of same-sex marriage in all 50 states on June 25. Celebrities turned out in waves to laud SCOTUS' decision, posting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and every other form of social media as soon as it was announced.

Hudson isn't the first celebrity to surprise a couple on their wedding day. Ed Sheeran showed up and serenaded a couple on their big day with his super romantic hit "Thinking Out Loud," and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson officiated the wedding of seriously surprised superfan Nick Mundy.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
