Although mourners were able to pay their respects in a small, private memorial in Alpharetta, Ga., Saturday, Bobbi Kristina Brown was laid to rest next to her mother, Whitney Houston, in New Jersey today. Whitney lies next to her father, John Russell Houston.

Bobby Brown's late daughter, 22, was buried in a private ceremony at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, N.J. Her casket arrived in a procession at 1 p.m. after first arriving at Whigham Funeral Home, which handled Whitney's arrangements three years ago.

Surrounding roads were closed to make way for family and friends and to give them privacy. The burial comes only two days after Bobbi Kristina was honored in a "perfect" funeral, according to Ellin LaVar, Whitney's former hairstylist.

LaVar called the funeral "simple and lovely" and "perfect, like her, small and delicate."

"The service was very low key and appropriate for her and her life," she told E! News over the weekend. "It was beautiful."

Family members who attended included Bobby, aunts Leolah BrownTina Brown and Pat Houston, celebrity friends such as Tyler Perry also attended. Other family members such as Whitney's mother, Cissy Houston, sang gospel songs throughout the ceremony. But Perry provided one of the more emotional moments of the funeral, as he put together a video montage of footage of Bobbi Kristina from when she was 1 to adulthood.

"It was really touching video," LaVar told E! News. "It ended like she was waving goodbye. It was very emotional to see it."

Perry also provided some calm when he had to escort Leolah out of the service after she began to complain about Pat, who is also a co-guardian of Bobbi Kristina's estate.

"She got up during the service to show her anger and her niece went over to ask her to leave and calm her down," LaVar said. "What she was doing was inappropriate."

Bobbi Kristina died last week in hospice care after spending about six months in a coma.
