Nick Carter may not have taken home the Mirror Ball trophy on Dancing With the Stars, but he's coming away with something greater. The singer said his professional pattern Sharna Burgess and the DWTS experience helped bring something back in him.
"With Thanksgiving coming, I'm going to say I'm thankful for Dancing With the Stars. I'm thankful for Sharna, all the pros, because they've opened my heart," Nick told E! News' Sibley Scoles. "They made me—they brought back a Nick Carter that I think was kind of hidden for a while…that makes me a winner in my mind. I feel just so grateful."
It came down to Nick and Bindi Irwin and the 17-year-old clinched the top prize.
"It's crazy, you can't even describe the feeling," Sharna told us about waiting to hear who won the season. "It's a whirlwind of emotions. Bindi is incredible. As Nick said tonight, to Erin, she deserved it. She was wonderful the entire season. We have enjoyed watching her."
