AKM-GSIE! News has obtained exclusive photos of Mindy Mann, the nanny formerly employed by No Doubt's Gwen Stefani, 46, and Bush's Gavin Rossdale, 50. Multiple sources claimed Thursday that Gavin was unfaithful to his rocker wife by having an affair with Mindy, who looked after the exes' three sons, Kingston Rossdale, 9, Zuma Rossdale, 7, and Apollo Rossdale, 20 months.
Mindy, who often wore Gwen's hand-me-downs, looked as if she could be the singer's twin in L.A.'s Toluca Lake neighborhood thanks to her platinum-blond hair, striped top, leather jacket and skinny jeans. According to a source, Mindy had left town for a few days in an effort "to avoid the immediate media attention" following the affair allegations. Now that she's back in town, the source says Mindy "is a bit overwhelmed by constant sight of all the photographers outside her place."

Stefani has not publicly commented on reports of Rossdale's affair.
Rossdale's rep could not be reached for comment.
After 20 years together and nearly 13 years of marriage, Gwen and Gavin announced in August their plans to divorce. "While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment," the former power couple said in a statement. "To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time."
Three months later, Gwen shed gave a little insight into their split. "My life blew up in my face," she said on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Nov. 3. The pop singer said a "major event" occurred on "the day after the Grammys" and it later inspired her hit single "Used to Love You."
As E! News reported Thursday, The Voice coach's suspicions about Gavin were confirmed on Feb. 9. "One of the other nannies went to get the iPad for one of the boys and found texts and photos that Mindy had sent to Gavin," an insider revealed. "Gavin's texts were linked to the iPad and could be seen. They talked about meeting up to have sex and she sent naked photos."
"The nanny told Gwen everything," said the insider, who added that Gwen "immediately confronted Gavin and he tried to deny everything once again. He had a story that he was just flirting, but this time Gwen and seen it with her own eyes and didn't believe it. She couldn't get past it and was devastated this was going on right under her nose. She asked Gavin to leave and knew the marriage was over."
Rossdale moved out of the family home weeks later, the insider said.
Mann, meanwhile, has not commented on any of the allegations.
After Gwen confronted Gavin, the "Baby Don't Lie" singer tried to shield her three kids from learning about their father's infidelity. "Gwen didn't want the news about the nanny to get out for the sake of her kids," a source told E! News. "She really wanted to protect them and not have them go through knowing this went on with their father and someone that she trusted."
Mindy, who hails from Australia, is no longer working as a nanny for Gwen and Gavin's children; prior to this weekend, she was last photographed with the family in February. Since news of the affair broke, a source told E! News that Gavin was in contact with her "to make sure she is OK."
Meanwhile, Gavin is doing his best to make sure his children are not scarred by the news. "All Gavin is concerned about right now is protecting his kids. He is a fantastic father and his kids have been going through a hard time," a source said Wednesday. On Thursday, the source added that the "Love Remains the Same" singer is trying to "keep things as normal as possible" for his boys. "He is super protective and just wants them to be safe during this difficult time."
