Damn, Andy Dwyer! Have you been doing pushups? You look goooood.

Well, Parks and Recreation's lovable Andy has always been handsome, and obviously we've seen this Instagram photo of Chris Pratt's hot body a couple times a hundred times. But when the Guardians of the Galaxy trailer hit and we got the above shot of Chris' character Peter Quill in nothing but his underoos…well, it's safe to say we were really clutching our pearls. In a good way.

Seeing Chris Pratt go from the cute yet soft Andy to the badass Star-Lord has given Parks and Rec fans a sense of pride. It's also given them an excuse to use GIFs to let the other characters of Parks and Rec react to Andy's new hot body, among other things.

Check out our favorites below, plus some of our own that we cooked up:

Tom and Donna cannot even believe their eyes.

Spit-take! Dammit, Jerry. You got crumbs everywhere!

You know Ron is so proud of his "son" for achieving those biceps.

...with Chris Pratt.

Jean-Ralphio can absolutely appreciate a fine male specimen such as this one.

Sure, Ann is about to have a child with another hottie (Chris Traeger), but she can still feel good about how she used to hit that.

And finally, Andy's wife only has this to say:

And here are some Andy-Star-Lord mashups you knew were coming:

We cannot stop laughing at this one. We'd totally watch a movie about only these two.

If only we could hire Chris as our personal trainer, because butter is also our favorite food but we don't look anything like that.

Basically, when we saw our sweet Andy Dwyer become a action star (like he always wanted!), our reaction was pretty much like everyone else's:

Oh, and the rest of the trailer was amazing, too. It's safe to say we cannot wait for Guardians of the Galaxy. It's coming out tomorrow, yes?
