The issue doesn't officially hit newstands until tomorrow, but we have a feeling Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Vogue cover will be one of the fashion bible's biggest best-sellers.

While editor-in-chief Anna Wintour's decision to put #worldsmosttalkedboutcouple has received a fair share of backlash, the supporters have been just as vocal.

"I think it's cool," power stylist Rachel Zoe told me about the Kimye cover last night at MOCA's 35th Anniversary Gala Presented by Louis Vuitton in downtown L.A. "I do. I think it's awesome. I like both of them.

"I think it shows you the marriage of pop culture and fashion [has] completely meta-ed at this point," she added.

Wintour defended her cover subject in her editor's letter.

"Part of the pleasure of editing Vogue, one that lies in a long tradition of this magazine, is being able to feature those who define the culture at any given moment, who stir things up, whose presence in the world shapes the way it looks and influences the way we see it," she wrote. "I think we can all agree on the fact that that role is currently being played by Kim and Kanye to a T. (Or perhaps that should be to a K?)

"As for the cover, my opinion is that it is both charming and touching, and it was, I should add, entirely our idea to do it; you may have read that Kanye begged me to put his fiancée on Vogue's cover," she continued. "He did nothing of the sort. The gossip might make better reading, but the simple fact of the matter is that it isn't true."

The superstar couple happily tweeted after the magazine unveiled their cover. Kim excitedly said it was a "dream come true," while Kanye simply stated "TRILL, Thank you @voguemagazine."
