David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly, clear your schedules: Labyrinth is getting a sequel!

Per Variety, Jim Henson Co. is developing a follow-up to the 1986 film. Details about the purported project are sparse, but rest assured, it's in good hands. While Jim Henson sadly passed away in 1990, the master muppeteer's adult children, Brian Henson and Lisa Henson, are running his production company.

The Henson legacy will live on, too, with Which Witch, an animated movie project with Billy Crystal signed on to write, star and produce. Jim's son Brian will direct and produce the film, which, per Variety, is aiming to start production in early 2015. Samantha Sprecher and Jim's daughter Lisa are also signed on to produce.

Which Witch is based on Eva Ibbotson's 1979 book of the same name, which tells the story of a wizard holding a contest for the witches, with the winner getting to be his wife. Billy, who is well known for voicing Mike in Pixar's Monsters films, told Variety that although he "didn't know the book" when Brian first called him about it, he quickly found it to be "a fantastic story, and I brought in a wonderful writer, Michael Feldman, and we've written a terrific and inventive script. I'll play a character as well, which will be great fun because he actually has two eyes."

The Jim Henson Co. also reportedly has a Fraggle Rock movie in development, a sequel to 1982's The Dark Crystal and a film based on the Emmet Otter character. Really, though, we're most excited about a Labyrinth follow-up!

Fingers crossed the Goblin King hasn't changed his hair in the past 28 years.
