Back in January, Hugh Grant had yet to publicly confirm or deny that he is the father of another love child. Reports surfaced at the time claiming that the Cloud Atlas star is the daddy of Swedish television producer Anna Elisabet Eberstein's then-16-month-old son, who was born in September 2012.
However, many months later, the 54-year-old actor has finally broken his silence on being the father of Eberstein's little boy, and even gushed about his son.
Grant, who was interviewed by The Daily Mail at a racetrack in the town of Skåne Knutstorp where he was test-driving a Ferrari in a charity race, told the reporter his son is doing "excellent" and added, "I love him very much."
In fact, the celeb said he "sees him most days, all the time," but also shared that he and Eberstein are just co-parenting and not romantically involved. "We're very good friends. She's a great mother," he said.
According to the initial baby reports, it was only revealed that Grant was the father of Eberstein's child when the baby's birth was re-registered in December 2013, and Grant was allegedly listed as the father on the certificate.
What made the situation even more interesting is that Eberstein was pregnant at the same time as Tinglan Hong, who gave birth to her second child with Grant, a son named Felix, in December 2012. Hong and Grant welcomed a daughter, Tabitha, in September 2011.
