Sister, Sister may no longer be on television, but these two still deliver a great message to fans.

Tia and Tamera Mowry have teamed up together to not only give fans of the '90s show some serious nostalgia, but to tackle an ongoing issue that's been targeting a lot of people on the Internet—body-shaming.

Tia Mowry-Hardrict was the special guest on The Real, airing Friday, and opened up about the recent cyber-bullying she experienced from body-shamers online. "I don't know if any of you you guys know, but I was recently attacked for my weight. And I am a size six, I'm proud of what I am," she began.

Her sister Tamera was quick to add, "I'm an eight, you're a six!"

"Anyway, this woman said that you know, I was fat," Tia continued, "And I'm like wow you know, the average size in America is a size 12/14, and so I guess you're calling you know, everybody, a lot of women fat, which I think is really ridiculous. And you know, I had ended up putting this screen shot on my Instagram of this women's comment and I had tagged her..."

Tamera hilariously chimes in, "Don't mess with Tia!"

After the audience laughs, the 37-year-old added, "Well she was a supporter of the organization. But the problem was you know, this was a woman that worked for young African American women and I thought it was shocking that she would put down someone and work for a company like that. I just felt like you know, people have to be responsible for their actions...

"I have to be responsible for what I do and what I say on Instagram, but not only that, it's about social media bullying. And the main reason why I wanted to talk about that and the main reason why I put a spotlight on the topic is because there was a singer Kehlani and you know, Iggy [Azalea], they had both come out saying that they wanted to commit suicide because of the internet bullying. And I'm like guys, 'Like, this is a huge problem.'"

Tia concluded, "Why are we doing this to each other? We need to support each other. I think that women are beautiful at any size that they are."

In December, Tia sparked pregnancy rumors when she was seen showcasing a fuller figure. She later debunked them, saying she had gained 10 to 15 pounds because of her Cooking Channel show Tia Mowry at Home. She was then insulted by a few critics again when she posted photos of herself walking in New York City in a multi-colored floral Stella McCartney dress on Instagram.

"I don't normally do this, but I wanted to prove a point," she wrote alongside a screenshot of Instagram comments. "I just posted a few days ago about embracing and uplifting others about body image. Here, @miekk_ felt the need to say I was getting fat. I took a look at your profile and I was sad to see that you WORK for YOUNG African American girls aiding in their studies. I hope this isn't what you would tell your girls? Does your BOSS know that this is how you degrade other WOMAN?"
