Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard's firstborn will be a boy!

The stars of TLC's 19 Kids and Counting made the announcement Tuesday, two months after the couple revealed that Jill was pregnant. Three of the Duggar siblings— Joy Duggar, 16, James Duggar, 13 and Jenny Duggar, 7—were present when Jill and Derick had their gender-revealing ultrasound Saturday.

"Oh yes, there was some screaming in the room," recalls 23-year-old Jill, who also reveals that she 18 weeks along in her pregnancy. "I thought all along we were having a girl. Everyone made their guesses."

The night before the ultrasound, Derick tells People, "I was praying for a big, healthy baby."

"We could have a giant," the mom-to-be, 23, says of her baby. "I called Derick's mom and she was telling me that when Derick was born, he didn't fit into the newborn clothes and his shoes were a size two." Prior to the ultrasound, Jill ate fruit, plus waffles with syrup and whipped cream. She drank chocolate milk and lemonade. "He stretched out his legs full length," she reveals. "He was trying to be like Dad."

Derick, 25, "was really excited" to find out that Jill will give birth to a boy in March, saying, "As a new dad, to have a firstborn son to be our first child and be the leader of his siblings, it is very special." What about his in-laws? "They were just elated," Jill says of Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar. "My mom and dad both thought it was going to be a boy, and my grandma did, too. They are all really excited."

Have the parents-to-be talked names yet? "We are not going to do a letter theme," explains Jill, whose parents gave their kids names beginning with J. "But we may do some kind of theme, like family names."

That's right—the couple already wants more kids. "I have loved having lots of brothers and sisters and although Derick comes from a family with just one brother, both of us would love to have as many children as God will give us," Jill recently told The New York Post's Page Six. "We are also open to the possibility of adoption."
