Paula Patton is putting it all out there—literally and figuratively.

The actress poses topless for Vanity Fair's June 2014 issue and breaks her silence regarding recent separation from Robin Thicke. While the "Blurred Lines" singer has publicly praised his wife post-split, both on stage and in interviews, the Baggage Claim actress has remained mum—until now.

The exes began dating during their teenage years in California. Before their first kiss, Thicke sang Jodeci's "Forever My Lady" to her in his parents' living room. "He wasn't my first kiss," says Patton, "but he was my first lots of other things." Married since 2005, the exes are parents to son Julian, 3.

Is there a chance Patton and Thicke will get back together? "We've known each other since we were teenagers. All I can tell you is there's a deep love there—always was, and always will be," Patton says.

In March, Thicke talked to E! News about the state of his marriage. "We're both very happy," he said.

The "Give It 2 U" crooner also explained why his concerts sometimes seemed like confessionals. "I wasn't sharing anything except what I was going through at that very second," he said of his heartfelt admissions. "So for me, as an entertainer and a songwriter, it's important for the music to be honest."
