Exactly one month after David Bowie's tragic death, his widow, Iman, is sharing an inspirational message of healing.

The international rock star passed away on Jan. 10, losing his battle to cancer after a year and a half. Today, his wife of 24 years gave us a little insight on how she has chosen to continue to cope with the loss.

She took to Instagram to share a note that reads: "Each tear is a poet, a healer, a teacher."

The message also comes just one day after Bowie's hairstylist for many years, Teddy Antolin, passed away. He famously introduced the singer to Iman in 1990.

The Somali model helped to spread the news about the death of her friend, reposting the announcement originally made on Bowie's official Facebook page.

"It is with sadness that we report the news that Teddy Antolin has passed away," the statement read on Tuesday. "Teddy was a former hairdresser for David on several tours, video shoots and photo sessions. He will be missed."

She also shared a message on Twitter, writing, "RIP Teddy Antolin... You will be missed."

Iman broke her silence about her husband's death just a few days ago, sharing a similar inspirational quote directed at the couple's fans. It simply read "Love & Gratitude."

She was also recently spotted in public for the first time since Bowie's death, walking her dog in New York City.

A source told E! News earlier this week she is "doing well" and "has been spending lots of time with her daughter and is keeping busy." The insider also noted that she is "very touched by all the support from friends, family and fans."

In addition to Iman, Bowie is survived by the couple's daughter, Alexandria Zahra Jones, 15, and the singer's son, Duncan Jones, 44.
