Bikini contests aren't going anywhere if Donald Trump has his way.

The owner of the Miss Universe pageant (the competitor of Miss World) called into Fox and Friends this morning after reports surfaced that Miss World was removing the bikini competition from the Indonesian version due to the country's large Muslim population.

"Well, I own Miss Universe, so I'm actually very happy about it—because if [Miss World] doesn't have bikinis their ratings go right down the tubes," he said.

It looks like bikinis will remain for Trump's pageant, however, which makes him one happy camper.

One of the show's hosts asked Trump, "What about a best burqa as a compromise?"

"Oh, wouldn't that be beautiful," Trump said in response.

The pageant will air Sunday night at 9 p.m. on NBC.
